Last week I decided to finally light up some really good sticks that I've been keeping for a little while. Been busy and haven't had time to sit down and write anything.
Last Thursday I started with a Los Stato De Luxe I got form Tristan then I followed it up with an Anejo #50. I was hooked from the first draw. This has to be one of my new favorites smokes. It started out very sweet with hints of spice and pepper. I smoked it right down to a nub looking for a roach clip. :tu
The next night I grabbed a Arturo Fuente Hemingway Work of Art maduro. This cigar had a perfect draw with some pleasant and enjoyable flavors. This cigar would stand out in any blind taste test. This cigar also had a good ratio of sweet and spicy, but nothing over powering. I enjoy the Hemingway line but this was my first maduro one. :tu
Then Saturday night I pulled out a Opus X Perfecxion X. This smoke definitely had a unique flavor unlike any other cigar I've had. Started a little slow with a hint of spice, never got peppery. Just under a third left it started to really show its power and hit me hard.
