First smoke in a week and a half...What should it be?

I've been sick for about a week and haven't been able to smoke. I'm sittin out on the deck though watchin the Celtics game and I'm abnout to light up the first one in a while but can't decide between a RP Edge Maduro and a PAM 64 Exclusivo. What would you guys choose? Go Celts!!
