Hi,
I love freebies, I used to go crazy for them. When I was a kid my friends and I would mange to collect upc symbols off things, call toll free numbers out of the phone book and ask for samples etc..

But now I don't get any chance do get anything for free. I know alot of B&M's have cigar events, usaly a cigar maker or rep's are there and hand out free cigars if you buy, I only manged to accidently bump in to a cigar maker once and he pushed me in another two fre extra cigars besides the one I got for buying 2. I bought a box of cigars online from a bolt that works at a B&M, he gave me a good deal, and I asked him out right do you by any chance have anything promotional like an ash tray that the Companies give out? and guess what he said he'l check, I got a free ash tray. I assume the cigar reps drop off a few for the stores, and most of them use it around the store or take it for them selfs un les you go to a cigar show.
Dose any one mange to get free cigar things from there B&m's or reps, or shows?

I frequent my B&M (Bull and Bear in Naperville, IL) almost every day. I buy some of there stock. I bring in some of my stock and share. The owners and regulars exchange birthday and x-mas presents. Its an nice family of guys and gals enjoying the leaf.

Yes..I do get free sticks from time to time, but I never expect them to be handed to me. At events or when reps visit the store, I'm usually handed a freebie of whatever is being showcased. I never ever ask for free stuff.

Its a nice place to be a part of....makes me think that its my little 'Cheers' bar.

same here I frequent my b&m ever so often theyll throw in a stick or if they get something new in and want to get some interest theyll hand out a few. Its nice to know they appreciate you as a customer and thank you for coming back time and time again. But as stated perviously its not my intent to go and get a free cigar even though last time I was there they gave me 2 free sticks so when food came I grabbed the bill. Ofcourse afterwards they ordered coffee and dessert... its almost like were in a damn competition rofl.

I walked into my local store like a week or so ago and a Rep from Camacho was there. The owner is like "Its a buy one Camacho, get one free" I heard free cigar for buying one and was like :ss.

Unfortunately for me though, I bought a Triple Murduo, which I knew nothing about and never even heard of, and then got a different stick free from the rep. uh, I have never had a full bodied cigar before and I was kinda knocked for a loop. lol, the TM is not worth 12 bucks In my opinion, but it was a ok smoke, or seemed to be. I don't know. lol

I expected something strong and sweet, and got strong and spicy, I guess, is the only way to describe what was assaulting my mouth. Nearly killed me I tell ya. lol

Point of the story, I got a FREE cigar. All for getting dizzer then a kid on space mountain. lol
