Gispert? WTF?

Pull my finger
I got home today, and found a box waiting by the door.
I open it up and find a six cigar sampler of Gisperts.
Nothing else in the box to indicate where they came from or why I got them.

Gispert? WTF?
Then I did some searching on CS and found a thread more than two months old about a Gispert sampler for $6.95.

Guess I must have ordered the sampler & forgot about it.

Anybody elso out there get one of these? Did it take two months?
 
It was your post about them that I found when I was searching.

Maybe you will be getting a surprise too.
 
Must have missed that thread otherwide I would have def jumped ion that one. Ahh, well can't win them all.
On the other hand, isn't it great when you forget about something you ordered and it just shows up out of the blue? It's like being a kid on Cristmas morning all over again!
 
I got mine about 3 weeks ago or so. Same thing, I had totally forgotten about ordering them, & couldn't figure out who the heck was sending them to me! No letter or pamphlet or anything. It was about 8 weeks from when I ordered them.
 
Yay! Now you have something to light a fire with :)


Never had a Gispert cigar that I've liked, and I've had quite a handful of them to try.
 
Excuse my spelling on the above post. I was about to pass out when I replied to this thread last night. I nearly cringed when I re-read it this morning.

Check your credit card. They can't charge until they ship, so you should see Gispert somewhere recently billing you. :)
 
Mine came in 2 months almost to the day. I would guess the credit card would show Altadis as that is the website I ordered mine from. I think I have another sampler pack coming from them as well but I can't for the life of me remember what they are.:w
 
Just got mine the other day, after about 2 months. I also ordered the RyJ Reserva Real sampler and that one came as well. For some reason I thought the Gispert sampler they had listed had different types of Gisperts, not just different sizes. In my 5 pack, they all have the same red band, just different sizes. I'm pretty happy with the RyJ's though, the Reserva Reals are one of my favorites.
