Located next door to (and under common ownership with) the Ole Grapevine Cigar & Tobacco Shop, the Tap-Inn is a smoke-friendly bar and restaurant with very good pub-style food. They do have live music Fridays and Saturdays, but it's not so loud you can't enjoy a smoke with a friend.
