How good is the Xikar Warranty?

Friend dropped my xikar...i dont have all the pieces or the box do you think they'd be willing to fix it?

also...i have a new palio so plz no body send a cutter...matter of fact, anyone wanna buy a used xikar? (jk...if it is replaced i probably will get rid of it anyway)

You do not have to send them back anymore, any and all XiKar account holders are to replace them on the spot.Tkae it back to the B&M you got it from...or any XiKar account holder...Its that easy now...

What if the B&M doesn't have the Xikar you bring in for service? Mine is a little seen one and I doubt most places would have it in stock. Seems that would be the case a lot of the time. If they are just going to send it back and order replacement that takes longer than if I just did that myself.

My cutter is on it's way back to me right now and before I sent it in it looked just like yours Aldrin.

Last month my Exodus lighter wouldn't light, so I sent that in. 7 days later - I had it back and working just like new.
