Has anyone out there ever had a Hugo Cassar cigar. They were recommended to me the other day so I bought a few but haven't had any yet. I'd like to get some oppinions.

I had some about 8 yrs ago so I am not sure if my opinion will mean much. I had a Maduro rothchild and was one of my go to smokes if I could not find something new to try. I can not seem to find the Mad. roth anywhere...Ho hum many great cigars still to be tried.
 
I had some about a year ago. Nasty little buggers... smoke one (or tried to) that tasted like dirt (bad dirt at that) and gave the rest to a co-worker. Had bought a box really cheap so I wasn't out much and the guy thought I was great in giving them to him. Ha Ha!
 
Finally tried one. Taste's like crap. I have no idea where to good ratings came from. Now I must go kill the guy who sold me them and find someone to take the other two I have.

Jorgy, slap the guy that sold them to you and hold on to the other two for moochers that come by..They usuallly like something they get for free...

I had some and I didn't like them too well. I know some people like them just not me.
