Humi. Beads in Cedar???

I am thinking about building a small span. cedar box (with no top) to put my humi. beads in. Like a small brownie pan.

Shared thoughts and experiences would be helpful.:tu

You might consider some type of top so they don't spill by accident. Or put the beads in some type of bag.
No real need for the cedar, except for looks. Would look nice, though.

I keep my beads in half a cigar box in my cooler and in Spanish cedar holders in my vinecooler.
