closing in on two years on this post and both are still working great....changed the batteries once.
 
Just picked up several off of ebay a couple of months ago. The littlehavana site says they are the only one who sells the original and that everything else is a copy. The ones I got did not have the packaging that littlehavana says it should have, but physically the hygro looks identical (usually a copy has some little dimensional difference), and looks of reasonable quality. Seems no worse than all the other cheap digi's and a lot more convenient shape.
 
I will be getting one of these and the battery is dead, can anyone tell me the battery they use so i can have it ready for when mine comes?

The one I bought from Ebay takes a LR44 or AG13 battery. I hope that helps.

The model they sell at famous is just like the one I have. It works great so far, but I've only had it a week or so, my experience is limited. Great so far though.
