Denver Charity Function

I was browsing Denver's visitors bureau's web page looking for something different to do this weekend, when I saw the following headline:

Ten Great Cigar Shops

http://www.denver.org/what-to-do/tenver/detail?CID=20

I about fell out of my chair when I realized my city was actually celebrating & even promoting cigars!

Good cause but not cheap $250.00

It doesn't look like that site is run by the city of Denver. It's run by a trade association of merchants

Geesh! Lets nitpit alittle why don't we....

But while you're at it, allow me to clarify:

The Denver Metro Convention & Visitors Bureau is a private, nonprofit trade association that is responsible for marketing metro Denver as a convention and leisure destination.

More importantly:

"The Bureau is contracted by the City and County of Denver to act as the official marketing agency for Denver"

Soooo.... like I said....

dutch you one lucky man to have a place like that you can go where i live at in nebraska there is no BM here the best smokes here they sale are at walgreens :hn

I don't see my favorite - Original Cigar on 88th and Sheridan. They've been around for 14 years, so I don't think that's the problem.

Oh well, it's still cool to see and have a resource like that.
