So My wife and I came home yesterday and there was a suspicious looking box on the doorstep. I'm thinking, I have not ordered anything lately so WTF? I took it inside and there it was, a box of CAO MADURO - BELICOSO! But I never ordered them I exclaim defensively. I put them on my watch list with a vendor about two months ago and assumed they would just notify me when they were back in stock. Somehow they just used my credit card number which they must have kept on file and shipped the damn things. So, she says call them and send them back! Sorry says I, I am just not in the mood to fight with a damn cigar vendor tonight. So when the smoke cleared there I sat with a smile on my face and a new box of cigars, minus one. :cb :cb

Sounds like a good deal, bomb thy self (did it hurt?). However IMO, I think I'd mention something to the company that sent you the cigars and find out why they believed that it was okay to use your credit card and ship you cigars that you didn't order per se but wanted to know when they were back in stock? :2
 
Ha - and make sure you're not on some kind of automatic reorder where they ship you a box a month. Wouldn't that be something to explain to the Mrs.? I can see the fine print now... "You can cancel any time."
 
Still, gotta love those surprises.
Ordered a few boxes awhile back. One was on backorder, so I kinda forgot about it. Several weeks later, they just show up. Sweet!

Your honor the accused has invoked the "I'm not in the mood" defense- permission to treat the witness as hostile. :D
 
If you had them on backorder - good hit. If you had them on a wish list, etc I would be concerened they placed an order without permission.

hey, its just like the saying goes, if you play with bombs long enough, you will blow your self up or pee in the bed I get them confused??? :r
