I've tried lots of brands and found many that I like more than others, but I think I've finally found true love.

The La Aurora Preferidos 2006 Cameroon Robusto

I've gone through a fiver of these this week and every singe one has been nearly perfect in every way. The taste is great, construction was perfect, and the burn was flawless as well.

Love is a beautiful thing!

Congratulations! I'm still trying to find mine; I know I like smooth and creamy smokes, but I haven't found that ultimate example just yet.

But the chase is half the fun!
 
Congrats on finding the one. I still have not found the one. I think Illusione's could be the one, but I like so many of them it would be more like the half dozen.:hn
 
Yeah, I remember the first Camacho Triple Maduro I smoked and thought, "Wow, this is what I've been looking for!" :ss
 
Enjoyed an incredible Camacho Corojo Limited 08/22 that I got in a sampler. What an absolutely incredible smoke.

One small problem ----I can't afford them!!! :mad:

I've picked up three boxes of those of cbid, each for $80 or less over the last year. Just be patient. But if you like that one, you'd love the 11/18. Hard to find those ones cheap though.
 
Love the Cien Ano's. Never tried the preferidos, but every other La Aurora I've tried have been great.
