If you missed it, "Modern Marvels: Tobacco" is on TV again

I know there have been threads about this show in the not-too-distant past (I used Search), but for those who missed it, The History Channel is re-airing the show on Monday, July 30 at 1 PM ET, and again at 7 PM ET. Again, it's called Modern Marvels: Tobacco. I've glanced at the older threads and it seems like it's worth checking out. Set your VCR or DVR.

We all know, or have the capability to know, exactly how cigars are made down to the cap!

But one thing I'd love to see, and I wish it would have been on this show, is the making of cigarettes and snuff. It seems like such a hidden/taboo item in America that few people actually know how they are made and what goes into them. I mean yes, we all know a machine packs tobacco in a little paper tube. But let's put on our Stephen Hawking thinking caps, and really ask how. Companies usually take pride in the ingredients in their products--would PM take pride in the ingredients in their latest Marlboros?

In the MAW thread, RHNewfie graciously gifted me a copy of the "Modern Marvel Tobacco" episode on CD. I can't remember what the size of the file is but if there is interest I can see about uploading it somewhere.
