ok i got the Sampler from new havana
lol i think i need to stop buying cigars!!my humidor full and i been spending way to much money on cigars the last few months. also got a 5 pack of san cristabol and Excalibur Epicure this week. THou since my girl broke up with me i do have the money to spend for now. LOl i think i need help is there a CA group around ? lol :D
 
I have purchased mine from www.tabaccoworldcigars.com. Their prices are good and I have had excellent customer service. The owner has called me personally a couple of times to let me know if an order is going to be delayed for some reason rather than just putting it on backorder.

Also, keep your eyes on the box splits forum. Some of the best guys in the world run Illusione box splits, like Tim and Chenvt. I check it daily, and whenever there is one, I jump on it. As payback, am going to run one of my own soon, will be my first box split.

Just walked in from the back deck about 2 minutes ago with some family, and had an ~888~ while I was out there. Damn this line for being so good.......incredible.
 
My B&M of choice near Toledo (The Cigar Affair) had these at Christmas time when I stopped in and my wallet been hurting ever since. LOL New Havana gets my business online since I want to support a fellow Ohioan and Dan does a great job.

We are an authorized Illusione retailer, and I believe all of the other B&M/Online retailers mentioned in this thread are as well. Dion does not have any problem with retailers selling his cigars online.

Yes, he is a retailer and he does understand the needs of the retailer. As for cutting down orders, my guess is that it's not because he doesn't want you or me to have all the boxes we order. It's more of a need to evenly distribute the limited amount of product to the most retailers possible. If you have 200 retailers and only 500 boxes in stock, you can't send 10 boxes to every retailer who orders them.

i heard from a "rialble source", that Dion has SOLD OUT the first shipments for the upcoming batches. Seems Vegas was Very Very Good for Illusione.

found three locally before i decide on a box from mike (leafandale plug) a cg4, 88, and an 888. smoked the cg4 today about two hours after a tat black. good flavor, the first eigth of an inch was a little harsh and had me worried but it mellowed nicely. definitly a top notch smoke, wrapper leaf was perfect. ash was a little darker than i expected. can't wait to try the other two but i'll smoke those solo not as follow-ups. :ss
