Impressed by Jack Schwartz

I was up late this morning (around 3 a.m.) and made an order through Jack Schwartz. I received the package an hour ago. Never had an order get to me in 10 hours. I knew I was close to Chicago but didn't expect it to be here this soon. Got a few Lotto Gomez Small Batch #1s and a few Tatuaje Havana VI East Coast Regionals.

Will throw a picture later, going to my local B&M later to day for a few more smokes.

Everytime I have dealt with these gentlemen it has been top notch. I envy you - Jack Swartz does not ship to Canada if they did I would have my pay cheque sent directly to them they are that good.

I actually go to the Jack Schwartz B&M at the CBOT quite often as one of my offices is a quarter mile away. Its a cool B&M with a lot of history and a really great crew behind the counter. I am glad to hear that their mail order service is of the same caliber.

I'm bummed out because I had to call them because my account hadn't been charged. I called THEM and they informed me TODAY that the did not get the Serie V in. I was pissed because they KNEW I needed them by the weekend and screwed me from ordering from anywhere else. I am not happy!
