Temp Ban for Rules Violation
Well guy, I decide to make this a thread because I want everyone to know the kind of good people that we have here in this forum...

"Tobii3"... Show up this afternoon to our work place here in Iraq... He flew via helicopter all the way from Camp Taji about 20 or 30 miles north of Baghdad to Camp Victory in Baghdad to bring us a nice selection of cigars... He is a great guy...is the first one I have the opportunitie to meet in person... I wish i could meet you all but I know would be almost impossible...so I just want to share with you all the nice experience of meeting one of us... and finally see who is behind the "forum Nick name" Tobii3"... By the way...he didnt bring one or two cigars...there is about 40 of them...omg we got all kind of cigars here that will make a few smokers life happier... and ... he did make a couple of really good friends here...

The distance might sound short...is about 20 or 30 minute helo ride but is not the distance is the danger he put him self to acomplish the mission..

And from the guys here in Victory... Thank you Tobii3.... you rock...

That's awesome! All the smokers I met in Iraq are great people. Too bad I found out about CS when I got back, because I think it would be great to find out if there are any special requests!

Sounds like alot of soldiers were made happy. We do apprciated all that you guys do over there. THANK YOU. Watch your 6 and get home safely. :tu

I'll tell you the generosity of the guys on this forum never stops. I know when I was at Camp Stryker working on Camp Cropper these guys kept me well stocked on cigars. I got a coolerdor and left it with the Sgt Major when I rotated. I think there wa still over 30 smokes left after several BBQ's and a RIP/TOA

Very nice story. I was in the same boat, didn't learn about CS until after I returned from Sather AB, Iraq (I know AF gets no street credit). Even though we didn't have the great ppl of CS, I still made a lot of friends smoking while watching the helos and fixed wings come in. I caught a lot of sh*t from the leather necks last year when they saw a fly boy with a cigar cutter attached to his ruck sack, but I was figuring that they had their weapon of choice (m16/m4) and I had mine :)

I already know when I'm heading back over and I should have it planned out so I nice coolerdoor is waiting for us when we land.

Hey, what's a few cigars between us Gorillas??

Had a BLAST with JSanc on Victory - unfortunately, didn't have much time on the ground - but we made the best of it! Tried a new cigar from him - the "Puerto Rican Special" - haven't had a chance to check out the background, but Sanc is definitely on to something with those 'gars!

Man, you guys should see the views from the front door of his hooch - they are amazing! :p

I should be coming thru Victory again next month - so will try to see if I can squeeeeeeeze some extra time in. Hopefully I won't be "attached" to my work like I was on this trip!

I went to Al Faw a couple times for meetings. One heck of a view from that deck. And I was trying to plan for the next time I would be there so I could bring some golf balls :)
