Fuente makes some itsaboys I believe.
I believe AF curly heads are the only game in town, and really not a bad cigar. Alternatively you can get a custom lable made (I think Famous?) and slap them on a nice AF Hemingway and pass those out. If you wait until the big day, you can get a label with your son's pic and birth date on it.

I know cuesta rey makes one, i've seen them at JR's. I'm pretty sure there at least used to be a Zino one as well. Mind you, I have no idea if these are still in production or are any good.

Yep, got one of these myself from a gorilla when he found out my daughter had a boy and he gave me that RYJ. Just looked at it today, figured I save until my grandson's first birthday. Very nice presentation if you asked me!!
Cigar.com has It's a boy/girl cigars, I think they're made by Cusano.
Haven't tried them myself, although I have an "It's a girl" in my humi from my cousins latest son's birth.. (apparently ultra sounds aren't that accurate
) since I couldn't smoke it when I got it it hasn't gotten smoked at all. So many other good smokes to have instead

Tampa Sweethearts advertises custom printed cello for a range of Fuente cigars. As I recall you can get It's a Boy! (or whatever) Hemmingways, among others. Don't see it on the site, likely have to call for pricing.

I did something really cheap. I got premium cigars, and then, using the sheet of 30 self-adhesive Laser printer labels - made my own and stuck them on the cigar cellophane. Gave out Chateau Fuentes when my first son was born and then Punch SuperRotschilds with my second.
What's nice is I put was able to put a bunch of stuff on them:
Name
Date of birth
Height and weight
Not only that, but put two away for each son. Will be our first cigar together when they turn 18.

I'm shocked you guys would waste good cigars on what most people will either keep unhumidified forever as a token or smoke 1/4 inch and leave in the ashtray.
I got a box of 50 "It's a boy" stogies from the local Walgreens, and anyone who was a BOTL got one of my top shelfs.
