Larva vs Adult?

Allright boys and girls, this question occured to me after looking at all the "is it a beetle?" threads over the past couple of days.

Anyway, I was wondering what an adult beetle looks like?

And before anyone starts making John Lennon jokes, I'd like to point out that I'm talking about the beetles that eat holes in our cigars.

Thanks guys.

Here he is fully grown! :tu

Could you imagine one of those popping out of your humi one day? :hn

I actually convinced a buddy of mine who was new to smoking that this was a fully grown tobacco beetle... I'm so mean :D

I have a bridge in Brooklyn to sell your buddy. I'll give him a very nice discount, PM me! ;)

:D Ok, that was really funny. So a larva turns into a pet. Good to know.

Thanks for the links guys. Much Appreciated.

Cheers,

I think I would S*** my pants if I saw a beetle that big. Actually in all honestly I would probably grab my pistol and dump a clip at it. Screaming the entire time...
