Lighter Help Please

hey guys, hope everyone had a good weekend !

i got a question. ive been lighting my Cigars with matches. i dont want to do that anymore. so can you please give me some names/brands/types of good lighters? how much should i spend on a lighter? please point me in the right direction.

I use a Ronson Jetlite from Walmart, Walgreens, etc. About $4. Don't spend more than $20 unless you're trying to impress someone. Just a simple torch style works great.

I also have a mini torch from Harbor Freight that works awesome, it's just not portable.

:tpd: I have a handful of the Ronsons and love the heck out of 'em! Really hard to go wrong and leaves you more money to spend on cigars.:tu
 
i think ive seen a Ronson at CVS here in VA. im going to check it out tomorrow. thanks .... and ill check that link too
 
I have a Xikar Executive. I bought it mainly for the lifetime warrenty. The price can be found for 20ish. I figure i buy it once, the warrenty lasts, i will save money in the long run.

I really really like it so far.
 
I started out with a Colibri from my parents, then a Xikar--finally saw the ronson jetlites at walmart and picked up a handful. Tell ya what--PM your addy and I'll send ya one.
 
I have each of the lighters recomended so far (Ronson, Xikar Executive and the Jet 2000-C Tri-Flame) and I like them all. Each one has been 100% reliable. That said, the lighter that I reach for is almost always the Executive. I like the shape and feel of it more than the others. The Ronson works great, but I feel like the lid will get in the way. The lid doesn't really get in the way, I just feel like it will.

Can't go wrong with any of these.
 
Ronson are good for the cash just put good fuel in it i have one that i forget where i put then find it then loose it find it and so on

but the ligher i always count on i got for free from CI its a fire bird and i love it. also tiger is nice for about 10$

Ronson is a good cheap lighter. I'm also quite the fan of Lotus lighters, excellent quality and very affordable. Whatever you do, just don't buy a Colibri, those things are crap!
