Looking for an everyday cigar

Hi all,

Im looking for a not overly expensive everyday cigar, Ive been testing the waters a little and have fallen in love with the Edge Maduros. Is there anything with a similar taste that is a little easier on the pocket? Just looking for a few new singles to pick up to test out so I find something to get a box of.

Padron 3000
Oliva "G" Serie
Rocky Patel Factory Selects.

Smoke em up yum..

I like the maduro's

JKH

If you can find them, I like the Primos by Los Blancos. They are $2.75 a stick at my local B&M. Great maduro flavor for less that 3 bucks! :ss

5 vegas a's (hit cbid for a price drop)
sancho panza double maduro (around $2/stick)
punch maduro maduro
HdM maduro (i like the sabrosas, 5 x 40, not much over $1/stick)

BTW, the above $'s are by the box

Taboo make the Special Forces Boot Camp blend that's an amazing cigar. $75 for a bundle of 25. Other than that, my go to yard 'gar is a Flor de Oliva Maduro Robusto. Bundle of 25 for $35 if you go to atlantic or a few other sites.

I agree with the Sancho Panza Double Maduros. The La Mancha in particular. A perfect 5 1/2" x 44 that is not very complex, but amazingly consistant. Gone through 2 boxes and have another on the way right now, and have never had a bad one.

And they are $35 for a box of 20

any Padron......regular line

Punch Rothschild in Double Maduro........around $2 a stick if you buy a box of 50

Have you tried any Taboo Cigars? They make a couple of blends (Special Forces - Boot Camp) that is pretty reasonable and very tasty. :tu

Also, Flor de Oliva makes a lot of different blends, but I'm not sure they have anything as strong as the edge. Their Maduro is pretty good and they have a decent corojo wrapper cigar. The Flor de Oliva Gold is a nice connecticut wrapper. All the Flor de Oliva's are under $2 a stick. :ss

I like Onyx and Oliva for cigars that are easy on the budget. I've tried a few Gispert Maduro and they are enjoyable as well.

:tpd: These are excellent as well.

I like these for everyday smokes from tntcigar.com. For $30-$35 a bundle, they are great. The Partagas is a full bodied, punch is medium.

Partagas Black Alternative Robusto
Punch Alternative Rothschild Maduro

Oliva Serie G Maduro.............very, very tasty.

Sancho Panza double maduro . Very good and very reasonably priced as well. I get them for $2.40 each, individually.

Wow, a lot more responses than I had expected. Noticed a lot of the stogies mentioned are one I had wanted to try already.

Do have a few Olivas, still havent tried one yet though.

Right now ive got an el legend ario corojo fired up on the advice of someone that works at a local B&M when i had mentioned I liked the Edge cigars. Im liking this ones flavors thus far, but at the same price as the edge, not really feasible

Taboo is deff on my list of to try cigars, but the devil site roped me in a little this week so Im holding off on getting anything new until I get my order in a situated in the humidor.

I am still trying to track down Tatuaje cigars close to me, havent located any yet.

Ive come close to ordering some Onyx ones, just havent pulled the trigger on that one as well.

Ive noticed, the more cigars I try, the bigger my to-try list gets. The rate of growth is starting to get exponential and im going to need to get a cigar journal together soon or im gonna start forgetting what i like and dislike about what I have tried.

This is a slippery slope indeed :tu

I'll second the Sancho Panzas, though all I have smoked of them the the pamplona extra feurte. Great smoke though.
