So, I've heard a lot about the Opus X. I went on a bit of a shopping spree the other night, and picked one up.

I can't wait to fire that mother up. But I will wait ... until June 9. See, I'm a teacher, and that is my last day of work for this school year. I think such an occasion calls for a special cigar.

Tick tock, tick tock.

Never even owned one until I was bombed a pair. I had been a cigar smoker for over and year at that point.

I think it'll be worth the wait!! :tu

You have great will power then!!! Good smoke your holding on to !!! It will be worth the wait though!!!

I just smoked my first one as well the other day... it is a great cigar, I found it kind of strong, BUT it was a GREAT cigar.

As a teacher as well I only know too well the pleasure of the last day of school! Enjoy it brother.

I am looking for my cigar to celebrate the end of my first year of teaching. The Opus X is out of my price range and too hard to find, but a splurge on a celebratory cigar is sure in order.

Its a great cigar, but sometimes the hype is more than the bite. Get the "greatest cigar ever" notion out of your head and just expect a good cigar. I was let down with my first one because I was expecting miracles. After that one they have gotten much better and now I just expect a great cigar and thats what I get.

Make any sense?

PM me your address and maybe a proud farther of 5 well educated students, (last 2 graduating in 3 weeks (finally)) can help you out :tu

:tpd:. June 13 will end my first year in teaching. Gotta get something special ready to smoke!

MAy 30th wraps up my second year of teaching. Can't believe it's been two years and I still don't hit the bottle every night....or morning.

The Fuente Fuente Opus X is no doubt the best of the Fuente's products. There are some cigars out there that trump the Opus X, but that is my palate. Personally, I think the Graycliffs are the creme de la creme.

The Opus X is a fine cigar, enjoy it.

How quickly we forget the Anejos....

I have my first Opusx resting. Not sure when I will get around to smoking it. I'm kind of afraid of the nic buzz I here you get from these things.
