Lookiong for a new cutter

i currently have a Xikar Xi and it stays at my girlfriends house because thats where i do most of my smoking. I ran into a problem this morning when i was at my house and all i had for a cutter was a single blade guillotine that i got a while back for a buck. I wouldn't be making a ruckus if that stupid piece of plastic diddnt totally squish my Rocky Patel Vintage 1990. Instead of cutting it just sat there lazily and by the time it went through i was looking at the most uneven horrible cut of the century.

My question is, should i invest in another Xikar or go for the Palio? And why.

I have one of the nice Xikars that I bought as my first premium cutter. I loved it, but kept hearing the great things about Palio... finally had the spare cash to try ou the Palio and haven't looked back much. I leave the Xikar at my parent's house to use when I'm over there and my dad and I smoke something, but my Palio goes just about everywhere with me. It really is a cut above the rest! :2
 
Chicks dig the Burlwood Palio.

I have both as well and recently switched to the Palio. Just fits better in my hand.

If you want to buy something that makes you feel important, go out and buy an ST Dupont.

Oh no... the Palio is a double blade... and these guys speak the truth. Get the Palio and look no further. You can buy a more expensive cutter - but not a better one, IMHO. :ss
 
I've never used an Xikar and since I have a Pailo, I don't think I ever will.

Perfection only gets soo good.:D

I was using a Xikar for a while and just got my Palio a couple of weeks ago. It's like night & day. The Palio cuts through smokes like a hot knife through butter. There are probably cutters that work as well but cost significantly more.
 
You guys are killing me haven't received the Xikar I ordered yet and after reading the above I just ordered a Palio.......
