Oxmoor Smoke Shop in the Oxmoor Mall. Paul has a very good selection.

Kremer's has a large selection. Oxmoor has a nice selection with a few that Kremer's doesn't have; Tat's. Just make sure you ignore the Anejo #50 for $23.
