My Incoming :D

Ever tried a churchill, short churchill, n2, mille fleurs?

Ok you got me there, the churchills are excellent cigars, not a fan of the number 2's and never had a mille fleurs. But the #2's, #3's, and #1's were not very good IMO. But the churchills are like a completely different league.

Churchill's are good in my opinion. Short Churchills not so much. Out of 5 only one was smokeable. I literally spent 15 minutes pulling spines out of the filler in one and it was still plugged.

Exactly why I usually go back to Graycliff or Davidoff.

Still no news...they said they shipped them on May 3...well hopefully this monday they will arrive... :(

Waiting and waiting, it's gotta be tough.

Tell me about it but if there is someone that feels the stress more than I do is my mother :p Every single day I ask her;

"Mom did my package arrive?"

"Mom where are my cigars?"

"Mom I know I sometimes can be a pest but would you PLEASE give me my cigars I know they arrived" (this generally happens when I read the receipt of my order where I can see the names and quantity of cigars)

Well its 03.28 AM here in Istanbul. Today is monday so maybe it will arrive in the morning and I will wake up seeing my packages in my room!

Pray for me fellas :D

What Pete was getting at is if you are a US Citizen you cannot possess Cuban cigars, so as such it would not be smart to bring attention to yourself by announcing in an open forum for the whole world and the US Treasury Department to see that you are going to get some Cuban cigars.

My :2 is no foul here. If so, everyone if the Habanos Reviews Forum is screwed. They're not talking about 'getting' them but 'smokin' them, which is worse. :w

I talked to the guys today and they said they will re-ship the order this week but I shouldnt be expecting them soon I guess...

Damn this was a very very bad deal...

Never underestimate the ferocity of the government when dealing with Cuba. I took a class on Cuba in college and my professor told stories of being watched and searched and basically harassed by the FBI simply because she had taken legal research trips to Cuba in the past. The government gave the OK for these trips and still harassed her. The running joke in this class was that we were all on the FBI watch list simply for being in it :)
