My Trip to the Puros Indios cigar factory

Wow, that's weird. I thought they'd be a lot cheaper than that buying right from the factory. That's pretty much online prices. You can get many boxes from 30-50 and you can get the chief for 15 at Atlantic.

I guess they only give the low low price to dealers with an account.

Well, with the amount of free cigars they handed us walking around, it made up the difference big time. I walked out with a couple boxes worth of free cigars, plus some discounted prices, and no shipping costs.

And meeting Rolando Reyes, Sr. wasn't bad either!

Take care,

very nice pictures, I'd like to visit most of the major factories some day. I'm pretty young so I have time in front of me.

If you have the info. I'd appreciate it.

I had a friend pick up a box from the cigar shop in the city Tegulchi.... whatchamacallit. Anyways as has been mentioned here these were good, flavorful cigars. I think I had the claro coronas.

I liked the box too. Nice mahogany hardwood.

Sure, it's in the town of Danli, just about an hour outside of Tegucigalpa.

E-mail them at purosindios@cybertelh.hn.

It's near a town called El Paraiso. I think that CAO has a factory near there too.

Thats really neat. I looked through all of the picture, I'm sure it was a memorable expierience. I've never smoked one of the cigars yet (although from what I hear I should get on it), but I'd like to go the Graycliif resort/restaurant/factory someday. Maybe it'll be a gift to myself after I make my first million :D

PM me your address.. I'll send you a sample. :)

It's really cheap to travel within Honduras. The airfare is the killer. Check out American Airlines, Continental, and TACA for the various fares. It's a fun trip. My family lives down there and we try to go at least once every couple of years!

Thanks so much for putting those pictures on the web. It sure was nice getting to see a tour from home!

Hey, you're welcome! Once I have enough credits back I can sticky this thread again instead of being a post whore and continually bumping it.

Everyone in the Jungle should visit a cigar factory. Truly gives you appreciation for what you are smoking!
