It's OK. But, it banks a lot on the Cohiba name. You can get better smokes for less $$$.

Now, the Siglo II is one of my faves too... but don't expect the same from the NC Cohibas. Not even close!

I have tried several of the Dominican Cohibas over the years and have never had one I really liked. And when you throw in the over pricing (IMHO) they just don't work for me. I have always felt it has been an attempt to capitalize on that great Cuban name, with no where near the quality of that great Havana.

Not worth the $, IMO. I was gifted one a few years back and thought it was a decent medium-bodied smoke. Pretty straight forward and tasty, but not worth what they charge. It does not compare to any CC that I have had (never had a Cohiba CC, but a few others).

got a good deal on 2 of 'em from cigar fox w/ a leather holder/wallet. I smoked 1 of 'em so far and i really liked it, but they are definitely overpriced. i would not pay full retail for them, but at half price, you can't go wrong.

Like everyone has said, they are over priced and not that good. I tried them before I ever had cc Cohiba, and they don't hold a candle to their cc counterpart.

I guess I'm going against the grain here but I really enjoy the pequenos. They are made with trimmings from the larger cohibas with a tasty cameroon wrapper. They can be had for around a buck a stick at the devil site and for the price and the size they're pretty damn good.

If these were priced at 4-5 bucks and had a non-cohiba band I think most people would give them a decent rating. However, I have never met anyone who has paid full price for these. Just search online and find them routinely for $5 a stick. At price, I think you have a fair value and a tasty stick IF and only IF you like the taste.

I received a Cohiba Robusto (NC) in a sampler recently and it was ghastly. Indeed, I could not finish smoking it. :BS:pu

I think that I did nominate it as a worthy contender in the 'worst cigar ever' thread.
