Oliva Serie V-my first and not my last!

Thanks for the push ScottW. I was a little intimidated by the strength of pepper for me in the pre-light. It was really dominant for the first inch or so. Draw was kinda of firm but I usually don't smoke Belicosos. It opened up in the second third. The pepper gave way for some occasional charred wood and light sweetness from here on. Definitely a strong smoke but really smooth and not over powering at all. Didn't taste much caramel till the final third. First impression-I need to try these again....and again...and again. :ss
 
Love these also. First thing I did when I got my cabinet was to go out and get me a box of the torpedos. Now if I could only find a B&M around here that still has lancero boxes.:ss

If the V is a tad on strong side drop down to the G.... Also an excellant smoke, I actually pulled out a V for tonight's smoke.
 
The wife and I smoked our first V torpedo last night and it was a really nice smoke. I have one lancero in the humidor yet to try. I'll have to get more of these. :tu
