Thanks for the push ScottW. I was a little intimidated by the strength of pepper for me in the pre-light. It was really dominant for the first inch or so. Draw was kinda of firm but I usually don't smoke Belicosos. It opened up in the second third. The pepper gave way for some occasional charred wood and light sweetness from here on. Definitely a strong smoke but really smooth and not over powering at all. Didn't taste much caramel till the final third. First impression-I need to try these again....and again...and again. :ss
