My first review:

WOW!!!!!!!!!! BUY IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish I could say that I could taste subtle notes of this flavor or that spice, but I'm not that good. I do know that I nubbed the darn thing, until I almost burned my fingers. It held its ash for about two inches, the draw was superb, and it was throughly enjoying. I highly recommend them.

OH, wait. No they suck, everyone should avoid them and never buy them, and leave them for me to dispose of properly. (I will take them off your hands if you are so unfortunate as to be stuck with this sub-par cigars).

Yea, I've really have liked the one's that I've had. The only issue, with the 3 that I've had, is the outside leaf has splitt and started to peel off. Plus they are just a very good lookin' cigar.

Have been curious about the Vs. If I like Padron, VSGs, would I like Vs?

I think you would. VSGs are my common "splurge" smoke, and Padron x000s are my go-to smoke when I can't decide what I want to have.

I love the Oliva Vs. I've only had the lancero and double toro, but of those two sizes, the lancero was my favorite. If I had any left I'd send you one to try but I'm in the same boat as a lot of others searching for Vs .....

This cigar has a great appearance, very jaunty with its nice shape but small size of 127mm and ring 54. A nice oily wrapper and a heavy aroma. This promises to be a full bodied cigar, and it feels well constructed with a pepper flavor in the fine predraw.

It’s like setting fire to a can of black pepper with some leather on the background, but soon the leather picks up and grows but after about 2 centimeters there is a hint of chocolate. Then the pepper is back and how, strong, full of flavor. Halfway there is some sweetness in the pepper soon to be replaced with chocolate and nuts. Near the end the nuts gets stronger while the pepper fades away.

The smoke is thick and the ash is silvergray. The draw and burn are very good.

Would I buy this cigar again? Yes, a complete case, soon!

I think if you like anything stronger than a mild cigar you will love the V Belicoso. I've had the double robusto, figuerado, lancero and I enjoy the belicoso most of all.

These are hard to find but Taboo seems to get them often. This is without a doubt my favorite NC rigth now.

I smoke a beli last weekend, and absolutely loved it. It was by far the best NC I've had in a while. VERY smooth, with a predominant coffee flavor to me. I also got some subtle hints of nuts, vanilla, and some spice near the end. I cannot wait to try some more...hopefully CI or Taboo gets the lancero's in stock soon.

Picked up three of the Belicosos today-we get them so infrequently that is all our local B&M will allow us to buy at a time!

I've got one in my humi now. I want it to be the next thing I smoke, yet want to save it for some reason. Kind of like the fries in my McDonald's value meal...

I'm smoking the robusto(?) gifted to me by Ratters. Getting a woodsy type flavor, very light, and lots of black pepper spiceyness through the nose and that is about it. Glad I got the chance to try it, but don't think I would buy anymore. Not enough flavor for me.

I've only had one and thought it to be very good, but not great. I have a couple more resting to re-evaluate at a later date. I keep hoping the hype settles down and I can get them at a decent discount to pick up a box.

I have smoked 2 V's over the past week. I found very little pepper. IMO, the main notes are coffee and cream. Every now and then, I can detect chocolate. Overall, the V has a very rich taste and it extremely smooth. I have not smoked this cigar with a beverage, but if I did, I would pair it with coffee and Port/ Sherry.
