Opus is in..

my shops always have them at msrp, but I haven't been in several months (no $$'s you know)

if people get desperate I could check it out and shop for thee

Corona sells them for 25 bucks year round. I still buy stuff from them, just not Opus.
 
I don't like them, but I pick them up when I find them at or close to MSRP and offer them up to the gorillas here. Lots of guys like them and it's nice to pass on a deal. :tu
 
Personally, I would prefer a Don Carlos or Hemingway blend, but that's another thread.

I guess it's a matter of grabbing them when they're at msrp and keeping them for gifts and trades, although an aged Opus is a treat when you're in the mood.

If it's the same shop...and I don't know how it couldn't be...they had a few Opus' in July. They only had one large size and they had a few small size. I think they wanted $19.95 for the large RG and $14.95 for the smaller RG...but I could have the prices wrong. They had a few Tats, but I couldn't find any DPG in there. I did buy a 5 Vegas Cask Strength in there. It was the only store other than C.I. that I'd ever seen them in.
 
I'm curious...what is msrp on these? My B&M has them for $15 and the bigger one is $16....I passed. For my money, the premium fuentes are Hemingway maduro and GOF. I never thought I would happily spend $25 on a cigar but the GOF is just that good. I still prefer Padrons as a premium smoke (at $15 or so) but the GOF is definitely a nice step up from there.

the above link has good info about MSRP (and other good info) but remember to add at least 20% for GA taxes.
 
I called one of the B&Ms near me, and they haven't gotten anything yet. But who knows, they've lied before.. If anyone has access to MSRP ones, please let me know :)

Also, I wonder how long it will take certain people to post in the WTS for a box of Opus for $500!

What are you looking for and how many.
1 shop here got them on the shelf's today so the other one is a day or two away.

Both are reasonable.

Just went to the B&M that I stopped going to months ago which is 2 blocks from me..

Perfexcion #5 for $15.95 and XXX for $17.95... What a joke! no wonder I only order from online vendors now

These bad boys will sit for half a decade.
