I would stay clear ... he is in clear violation of the eBay rules and will likely get yanked soon. His current profile is since 1/3/06, so either he is brand new to eBay testing the limits, or has already been suspended under another name. Too many red flags in my opinion.

Yep, and they will end the auction if they find out what the seller is attempting, and could suspend the seller's account completely. Some get away with it by trying to list the item as an antique cigar box that just happens to have cigars inside...but I'm seeing eBay end more of those auctions recently so I think they are cracking down on that little ploy.
