I found an e-bay auction selling three of these things. it ends in 1 hour an is a $39.00 so far. I don't know if i can post the link, but I thought someone might be interested to know.

Ah, I see. Cigars are advertised as cigar BANDS on eBay to get around the tobacco prohibition. Clever. And sneaky. But to whom do you complain when you actually receive a shipment of cigar bands?
