Ordered some beads....

ordered a 1/2 lb of 65%, got the package today and there was a 1/2 ounce of 65% in a tube :confused:

oh well, im sure they'll make it right, just aggrivating
 
That would be frustrating.

I'm sure it will all work out in the end. I got beads in my desktop and coolidor. They work perfect!

yeah, it said on the invoice 1/2 pound, maybe the packing person just saw 1/2. oh well, i already have 4 ounces, but my humidity has been real low, thought another 8 ounces would make it real solid
 
Did you go through heartfelt? He'll make it right super-fast if you did... That man owns the term "customer service".

yeah, i went through heartfelt, they have beads on sale right now too if anyone needs them :ss

i had no doubts that theyd make it right, he just emailed me and said hed get me the right order straight away, awesome CS :tu

this is my 3rd order from them, they are great, just a little frustrating when a mistake is made, but thier CS is amazing and they have my business for life, so yeah....other stores should take note

Don't sweat the petty things man, life is too short. As soon as they know of the mistake, they will fix it. Find comfort in that fact. :tu

I ordered a pound of beads and a mesh bag from him just a couple weeks ago. The bag ended up being torn on the seam. I emailed him and I think he responded within an hour. I got a new bag a few days later. Great service.
 
not only that, but I am yet to find anyone or any company that is perfect.

It's how you address and correct your mistakes that matters. In Heartfelt's case, you are safe.

That depends on the size of your humi/cooler. If 4 ounces is not enough, then the extra beads will help. If 4 ounces is enough (based on the size of the container), adding more beads will not improve the RH.

the beads i have are 60*, i ordered the 65* so that will help me get my humidity up a bit as well
