Padron 3000

Newbie in the jungle
Just getting started back up after a long time away from smoking cigars. I had my first P3000 the other day and was blown away by it. What a smooth, effortless smoke with great taste. The best part is it was under $6. You can't beat that. This might just have to be my very first box purchase.

So now I can blame Padron for pushing me down the slope, right?

I had one a little while ago, but damn it if I cant get past the fact the wrapper feels like walking through a field of starthistle.

One of my all time favs. :ss

I'm not sure if you had the natural or maduro. However, I believe the maduro is the best smoke for the price that you can get, from most any manufacturer. Then gain, that's my opinion :ss Unfortunately, I spend so much time and money trying to find a similar stick with a similar flavor profile for less that I've never gone as far as to purchase a whole box. So, don't make my mistake and spend tons of time and money trying to find a better stick. Just stop here. Slope problem solved :D

My "go to smoke". I can pick up individual sticks @ the local B&M for just over $4.00 each, and for well under that online (by the box). A great smoke to me regardless of the price.

Just wondering.....

Ever try the Famous Nic 3000's? Cheaper by a little bit, and also flavorful like the P3000 maduros, IMO.

However, I have to admit that I have probably 40 Padron 3000's, and maybe only half a dozen Famous 3000's (remaining)

No, I've always wanted to try one, but I could never bring myself to spend $45 on a bundle of cigars that I had never tried before. I've always heard great things, so maybe one day. However, they have been, from what I remember, out of stock or on backorder for some time now. So, I'm sure whatever they are coming up with now wil taste similar, but it might not be the same.

Probably the first cigar I really enjoyed and still a classic...

Bang for the buck + chocolatey goodness = Padron X000

I picked up a box of Londres Maduros at a Padron event.66 bucks less 10%:tu
A great corona imho :)
Great deal Dave, I would have pulled the trigger on that one too.:tu

Padron 3000's just go ahead and get a couple boxes..:ss A classic go to cigar..

Great bang for the buck indeed! I put down a box back in June '06 and have just now rediscovered their tasty goodness. :tu

PM me your addy, and i will do a trade with you. I'll send my end, then you can decide what you want to send back. I can't promise that All the cigar will be Famous 3000's, but there will be at least two in the trade.

Yes... the ole 3000.
It's what brought me back into the cigar game.

Still the go-to for me these days.
When I'm not sure what to grab, .
I go for a Padron.

For an inexpensive smoke, there is nothing I've had that is better than a Padron. The 2000's are good as well. Actually I had most of them (except for the Anniv 1926 I think) and they are all excellent.
