I have learned there is pretty much a fetish for everything, I've heard of really crazy stuff out there. As for the cigar thing...

He's obviously a leather man and he is going for the tough guy thing. And some people have a fetish for smoking, I guess the idea of having something like a big cigar in your mouth. Oral fixation haha. There are obviously a lot of people turned on by that, because as I said earlier I met a gay leather man at a party once who would be the type of person to watch that video and fetishize it. Whew who knows man, I'm just making an educated guess here. :r

Could very well be. I guess I'm just trying to understand what is "sexy" about any of this. I suppose I would understand it better if I were gay or if I had any actual fetishes.

I guess it's just one of those things, you either "get it" or you don't and there's no middle ground.

So do these guys count as BOTL's or not really?

Would you count a woman who sometimes smokes cigars in a suggestive and sexual way (probably in addition to smoking them "normally") as a SOTL?

I honestly don't see the big deal here, folks ... except that most of the folks replying in this thread have no conception of a sexual world beyond compulsory heterosexuality.
 
Most of us have lived long enough and been exposed enough to have seen life outside of the hetero lifestyle. There is nothing wrong with being bothered by alternate lifestyles.
 
I believe that the pipe and cigar smiking is a fetish in the homosexual community. I was looking for an instructional on how to pack my pipe and got this old hairy fat guy playing with his belly button and winking at me. ewwww.
