Perdomos?

I bought a box of Lot 23's in March 2007. I've had a couple of them - had one back in November. Last weekend and had one and it was amazing! I could not believe how much time has worked on it.

I also love the Champagne's. The Maduros are pretty good as well.

People seem to like them or be indiferent towards Perdomo. I personally like them. I find the Habanos to be a smoother more balanced version of the lot 23. Neither are particularly in your face.

I am a big fan of rich full bodied hondurans which is IMO Perdomos general profile. The ESV 91 are very nice & I like the epi maduros. From the Signature series I am a big fan of the Cameroons. Very flavorfull with a decent vitamin N kick. All of his stuff has good construction and are of good quality. I'm sure you can find something you will enjoy. Have a great time.

I like Perdomo cigars but never seek them out. All of the ESV '91s are pretty good and so is the Reserve line. I'm still waiting to the Habano and Lot 23 lines. I have a couple in my humidor but haven't gotten around to lighting them up yet. They might be good but it's tough for me to choose them over something that I know I like.

Thanks to all for the suggestions. The event was excellent and they had all kinds of specials and give aways. I ended up spending a little over $150.00 and ended up with a 23 stick variety pack, 3 lighters, and 2 nice Perdomo hats. The hats are identical so I wanted to share with my fellow Jungle Mates that gave me such great suggestions. So the first person to pm me that posted a suggestion will get the extra hat as soon as I find something to mail it in. The only condition for receiving the hat is that you had to post a suggestion for which sticks for me to try and your post as to be in the thread before this post. I will check. :ss

Thanks again!!!

Don't need a hat, but it sounds like you had a great time! That is quite a haul. Hopefully, the suggestions will guide you to a new regular smoke you can enjoy.

Yes It was a great time. I got lots of good smokes and am looking forward to trying them all. I like what I have tried so far and I am always looking for a new smoke. Picked up a nice new Xicar Exodus lighter and while it is not a torch it is completely windproof! I was able to touch up a cigar on the way home at 70+ mph with the top down on my convertible and got a huge Vector 3 flame torch table lighter.

Jim at Blue Havana II know how to put on a cigar event.

Great to meet you last night. Glad you enjoyed yourself. Thanks for the business and your kind words.

Hope to see you again soon.
