Please think of the wife again

Glad Jen is mostly OK, Andy....take good care of her, and you have my thoughts and prayers.

Thanks for the updates, glad that they appear to be positive. May God watch over you both and may He heal Jen and give you both peace! Many Blessings and prayers are being sent your way, my brother!

Thanks everyone for the thoughts and prayers.

2nd unit of blood is going in. She looks ALOT better than earlier today. She had some beef broth last hour and so far so good.

Hopefully her 'crit will be a little higher.

Also, I would please urge everyone here, if possible donate blood. It doesn't take long and it saves lives......there are 2 people somewhere out there that I would personally thank if I could.

Andy,

Glad to hear she is better. Keep her off work an extra week after this, and give her lots of hugs and attention. I'll keep her in prayers for the next several weeks. Let us know how she progresses.

What a difference a day will do.

She's feeling alot better today. Her 'crit bumped up to 24 after the 2 units of blood last night. Doctor already made rounds and said she looks better. No more blood for now, just some RX Iron and lots of red meat (whick suits me :D) and plenty of rest. She's got her IV out, some of her clothes back on and is sitting in the chair. We're gonna do some laps in the hall and hopefully get out of here this afternoon at some point.

Thanks again everybody for the thoughts and prayers...we appreciated it alot.

Finally heading home, can't describe how relieved we both feel right now.........I know Jennifer is ready to get home and try to get some rest and try to recooperate. She's getting a big T-bone or NY strip for dinner.

Prayers sent Andy. Tell her to take it easy, Gail just started back to work last week, 7 weeks after her's.
