Power Bump with Vinos

One thing to look out for with the Vinos is that after a power bump, the temp will reset back to 54. We had a thunderstorm last night that bumped the power and when I checked the Vinos this morning one was down to 55 degrees and the humidity was down to around 45%. When I opened the door and readjusted the temp it didn't take long to stabilize back to normal.

Interestingly, the other Vino I have didn't drop anywhere nearly as much in temp or humidity (although the setting did reset like the other).

Had another power bump yesterday. When I got home, both were re-set to 55F. But, interestingly, one Vino was normal RH and around 69F.

The other was down to 55F with 50%RH. I fixed the temp setting and in a couple hours it was back to normal.

I think my one Vino is broken, hence not getting too low in temp (which is turning out to be a good thing...) Weird.

If anything, vino usually makes me more tired. It certainly doesn't give me a "Power Bump"

:D

I pickup up my Vinotemp for about $26.00 on sale at Target and considering the fact that I'm a CAB (cheap ass bastage) I don't wanna get a UPS for it. I have considered moving the Vino to the other corner of the room and letting it share the APC Back-UPS I use for my PC, but there is no room on the floor and I'm concerned about putting the weight of the Vino on the desk with all the other equipment.

I assume you mean 260, either way I would totally jump on either without thinking but not only can I not find any sales (or when some may happen), the vinos are out of stock!

i second that i was away for a week came home and checked on my sticks and my temp was 55 and humidity around the same ........ by the next morning everything was back to normal
