Snake Hips
Götterdämmerung
In my continuing exploratory state of cigar buying, I tend to look at the catalogues of the big cigar vendors and websites and such, but there's such a massive selection and they all seem to say the same things about them.
So I would just like some input on a few cigars that caught my eye for one reason or another. Of course I'm the only one that can say if I like them, and the only way to really know is smoke whatever I get my mitts on, but input is always good - keep me away from bunk stogies!
Partagas - I like the Black but haven't tried anything else. Is the original good? Spanish Rosado? Seasonal?
Punch - Had one Rare Corojo that I didn't find memorable. Which line of Punch would be worth looking into?
Romeo y Julieta - What's up with the Viejo? I only see these at CI and they prostitute them like mad as the "best" RyJ blend.
H. Upmann - I like the Vintage Cameroon a lot and thought the original was generic, but haven't seen much about the Connoiseur, Special Seleccion or Reserve. Any of those any good? I've heard good about the Gold Tubos...
Flor de A. Allones - JR touts these like the greatest thing ever for the price. Any good?
Ramon Allones - I didn't realize there was an NC Ramon Allones until the JR catalogue. Don't hear anything about them here - that a bad thing?
Montecristo - I like the Classic, but there's many more than I thought there were. I see the original, Afrique and Platinum - how about those? I didn't much like the White.
Excalibur - What's the difference between the Sterling, the regular and the 1066 lines?
Perdomo - CI has ESV '91 Seconds for cheap. I take it it's a good cigar, so would that bundle be a good investment?
Sorry for the buttload of questions, but I'm so overwhelmed by the numbers of lines there are and the fact that they all have the same stuff said about them and they all cost relatively the same...I'm just very overtaken with choice, if you will. Help meh
