Review - Sancho Panza Double Maduro

I had a Double Maduro yesterday and it was as good as you all said, and as good as I remember. I walked in the walk-in humidor for a Padron, but opted for the Panza, and wasn't disappointed.
 
I just finished my first Sancho Panza Double Maduro, in the corona size. I really enjoyed the first half of the cigar. But after it dropped the first ash it became rather bitter. I tried to purge it, but that didn't seem to help a great deal. I smoked it down to about 1/3 left and tossed it. I was disappointed in the change as the first half was so nice. :confused:

I smoked a corona size Sancho Panza DM this weekend. While it didn't drastically change taste for me after 1/3 it did have a slightly different "something" about it than the Quixote size I smoked. I still really enjoyed it but I think I prefer the smaller Quixote. Have you tried that size yet?
