everyone said dont go to the devils playground, i thought whats it gonna hurt, im a big boy...........but Noooooooooooo, i had to do it!!
Im so screwed, im moving my chair out to the shop in the backyard, cause the wife is gonna kill me!!:hn

wonder if my wifi will work that far?
 
It happens to most on here. You are not the first and definatly not the last my friend. Just post pics of your hauls when you get them :)
 
My wife showed me the credit card statement yeaterday and started reading off numbers $57, $42, $28, $65 and then just laughed and walked away. I almost fell over....:r

It's best if the WiFi doesn't work. I found myself going outside with the laptop and the slope seemed to get steeper with no one around. I might just have to cancel that account.

im fortunate i guess in that i took the wife out for lunch today, no kiddo, then came home , we both had a good nap, later she broke some plumbing, i was johnny on the spot!!!:tu

btw ...she did approve me going to a hillbilly herf next time they have one
hope thats a good sign!

I hear you. Had the "chat" with my wife last week, had just upgraded to a new (much larger) cooler, so I bought that and some beads and some spanish cedar (for shelves). So she said no more spending for a while....one week later, I see the group buy on blazer lighters, so 31 + shipping is not too bad, wife will understand. Last night I'm on the devil site and won a bid on some 5 Vegas Miami sticks...now I'm looking at a C-note total. Oh well, I tried!
 
Glad I have been without internet for 6 mos. Actually got to use up some of the inventory instead of adding to it....wonder what is going on at the devil site? Must....resist....urge....
 
Here is what you need to do.


  1. Work really hard and get a fat raise.
  2. Don't tell wife about raise
  3. Put raise on pre-paid credit card
  4. Hide paystubs
  5. Buy lots of cigars and stash them at work
  6. When she finally sees pay stubs deny everything
 
I got read the riot act also, she thought $623.00 in 2 months was a bit much.
What she doesn't know, is that I just procured on the same credit card $219.53 the day before we had this one sided conversation, OOPs!

That would work depending on where you live I am in Michigan. You can work your butt off and the only thing I get is "good job"
