Silo cigars? The owner is on CS I think. I just ordered from them and it was shipped fast and arrived in great condition. I didn't have any issues so I wouldn't be able to evaluate their customer service

Ordered online from them before; primarily due to the fact that they had a great selection of tats, illusione, and a nice selection of sampler packs that are not as prevalent as other sites. Overall...e-mail order and delivery confirmations were responded to promptly. The actual order also arrived within an extremely timely and expeditious manner. The cigars had no apparent blemishes or any discrepancies for that matter, plus I was also pleased that they included a water pillow...many sites that I have ordered from in the past have not included a humidity device more often than not. I will definitely order from them in the future for their selection and overall speedy response/delivery.
Kevin from Silo is one stand up guy. I can tell you from experiencing his customer service in action, and not just from buying a box from "Vendor A", getting it there, and saying "great vendor".
Bought a box of Illusione m7's from him a while back, arrived beat to crap, not from him, but from post office. Literally 2 hours after it arrived and notifying him, it was squared away, and he sent another box out as I sent the damaged box, no wait, no hesitation, no BS. Sent along a few free sticks for my trouble. I mean, replies to e-mails in minutes.
The second box came in with a few sticks beat up (its nothing to do with Kevin or Illusione, the m7's are wrapped and packed kind of loose in a tissue paper, and when they ship, there is too much room, and they get damaged).
Kevin wanted to send me some sticks to cover my few (think it was 3) that were slightly damaged. I declined, as I was more than compensated with the free sticks he sent and a few m7's from the original he told me to keep.
Two lessons here: Kevin and Silo will not let you down. Period. Great communication, stand up outfit. And two, if you buy a box of m7's, please have Kevin open the box, and package them separately for you. I am down to only a few m7's so Kevin will be getting an e-mail from real soon.
After that experience, I don't like to spend any of my $$$ with guys not members here, too many great vendors who are part of our community, and Kevin is one of them.

.. and as far as the tats go... splitting them with her father.. anything he does is A-OK with her :ssI places an order though them today for a few illusione's, just for a test go ahead before i came back to this thread... as soon as they come in, i shall order the tats! :tu
Prices state to state to region will vary based on local taxes and shipping costs.
As I understand it, one of the primary reasons most online cigar retailers are officially located in Pennsylvania is due to very low tobacco taxes and laws that are favorable to online businesses.
I have purchased from them and they are excellent. Great communication, good packaging and fast shipping. Their site also tells you if they have them in stock or not. What more do you want from an on line site? Please don't buy all the Tats they have I'm waiting for pay day to order a box myself.
