slope much?

Some nice looking sticks in there! New Opus? Found a pair this week, myself.

we all find the same slope. I got a 25-count box to store some gifted cigars. Then got a 125-count . . . and filled it. Got another 150-count . . . and it's pretty full. I already have the vinodor, but have wine in it. Doh!

i do not believe that this debate should be furthured. when i saw borndead1's post i chuckled. i believe his intention was basically saying that "its only going to get worse" and before i know it, i will have humi's or coolers up the yingyang. now if that was not his initial intention, then i believe he needs to reconsider what he says here. but i dont believe he was trying to be conceded or elitist.:2

now may i request that we stop this debate and actually talk about the initial topic on-hand.

i would much appreciate it,
Bryan:ss

:tpd: Just enjoy YOUR slope and help him down his :ss

You really aren't sloping until you've got 150 coolidors sitting in a storage unit 10 miles away from your house, a unit that costs $450/month. Come on, step it up! :ss

btw, I appreciate the feedback above about the vinotemp, I'm really torn. The reason I like the humidor that I linked above is that it's a) decent size for me right now "I think" (I've got a 50-count humi and an 8-count travel humi) b) decently priced and c) looks perty. I like the temperature control and capacity of the vino but it's not as perty but certainly more functional.

Hey Bryan, what are you considering for your next humi?

im probably going to get a 250 or 300 count humi, im not sure exactly which brand or model yet. i'd get a cooler, but i love spanish cedar.

The thing to remember about humi size is that the amount they say they will hold is based on a corona sized cigar. That's typically a 42-46 RG

Slope? Oh, yeah. Less than 12 hours ago, I said I wasn't in the market for any more smokes, or storage to put them in. Then I saw this: http://www.cigarsinternational.com/prodDisp.asp?item=SP-CIDD68&cat=3&ci=1

For someone like me, who is looking for a wide variety of quality smokes to help find my "favorites", this is perfect. Too perfect to pass up, actually, so I just dropped the hammer on it. Twice. For me, that's basically 2 1/2 months worth of cigars, even if I didn't already have anything else to mix in with them. Quality brands and lines, all highly spoken of around these parts, for less than $3 apiece. And, there are enough of each one to get a real idea of what they're like. A sample size less than three doesn't seem to do it for me to feel confident in buying a whole box.

I may need professional help. And a cooler. I'm really, really done this time, I SWEAR! When you're collecting/acquiring things that are both inherently consumable and improve with age, that line in the sand becomes a moving target.

(Sigh...)

:r...... Too funny.
I tried the whole " I am going to have a budget" thing. It has yet to work out for me

I slope far too much. I have 2 200 count humis, a 150 quart cooler, a veno temp, and an end table humi. If I don't stop soon my wife is going to kill me:hn, but I love the slope. I already have my purchases planed out for next month.
