The Outlaw Cigar Company has events (parties) every month. Next one is September 22nd with Rocky Patel. Free food and drinks, and a bunch of great cigars to buy.

woops - i know about them, where they're at and all that, have been going to them since that shop opened. just that i'm always gone and don't normally go over there anymore... then again, they never had girls lookin like that when i went there. it was always some nasty chick who was there for the smokes, dancing like this. :chk

also, if you haven't signed up, you can get emails sent to you by outlaw reminding you of the events.

yes, i'll be in hawaii, yes it will be terrible. if i could, i'd probably change you jobs, then you come tell me what it's like to work 12 hour shifts every day (every day, including weekends, up to a month at a time in some cased, no days off) you're gone, living in hotel rooms. you fly home one night, wash your clothes all night long, go in to work early, submit your expense report and timecard, pick up tickets, then catch another flight later that night...
i know it sounds like fun, but ask anyone who does this a lot with their jobs and they'll quickly run down many scenarios that i have to deal with all the time when i'm gone.
trust me, it fuggin sucks being gone all the time, i don't care WHERE you're gone to, it still sucks. i'd rather be in KC than Waikiki beach the last half of September, trust me on that.

Sorry IHT - I thought you were really asking about the outlaw, and I wasn't trying to make light of your job. My wife and I run our own business so I can definately relate to the extra long shifts every day, and working every weekend and holidays. I'm right there with you, except I have the luxury of not living out of a suitcase. I feel for you brother! I can't imagine being on the road as long as you are. That would be too tough. I hope an opportunity presents itself that would allow some relief in the future.
