So I want to try some Toranos...

I have a 5'er of Casa Toranos and a 5'er of Virtuosos on the way. Am I going to like them? Thoughts on those lines are appreciated.
:tu

both are good, i prefer the Casa Torano Maduro tho. my favorites are the Signature & 1916, i think they are the best torano's, but you really cant go wrong with any torano :tu

enjoy!

these will depend on your tastes... I like the virtuoso, the casa torano isn't bad, and the 1916 I think tastes like bum....so.... I'm looking forward to seeing your review to these.

Casa is nice mild smoke and the Virtuoso has some real character of flavors.......but I like everything they produce. :ss

I really enjoy the Casa Torano. Lots of smoke and a toasty finish with the Casa Torano. The Signature is my favorite.

You will like both,, Casa in the a.m. with a cup of joe and Virtuoso later with something stronger..

That is what I was hoping I was getting into. I'm looking forward to the Virtuoso the most but I always like to find a nice mild stick to add to the rotation as well.

Seems as though you guys like the Signature as well. I'll have to put that one on the list also.

My favorite of the entire line is the Exodus (Gold Label) torpedo. The Signature Perfecto comes in second.

Only way you'll know is to smoke `em! So Git`R`Done! :tu

I've had the signature, casa and noventa... The Noventa was great. THe signature was good, but the taste profile is too odd to smoke more than a couple in a month. The casa was good but didn't make me jump for joy or anything. All quality for sure, though.

Toranos are very unpleasant smokes. Stop buying them immediately!

j/k...enough demand for them already.

I agree with Jerry, the Casa is a good a.m. smoke and the Virtuoso is a good evening smoke. I think the Virtuoso is the strongest of the line and isn't really too strong. The Casa is best in a maduro wrapper. My favorites by far are the Exodus Gold 1959 and Signature. The Noventa is a good, leathery smoke. The Torano line makes some good smokes.

Carlos Toraño is one of my favorite makers. I just like them a lot. The Exodus 1959 is fantastic, but I haven't tried the Silver yet (can anyone tell me the difference?). I also like the 1916 and the Virtuoso. The Casa Toraño is a great mild smoke, but I didn't know it came in a maduro version. Never seen it. I have a couple of Signatures waiting for their turn, so I can't comment on those yet. All in all, I have gotten more enjoyment out of this single name than any other so far (I've yet to really try much from most brands, so that might change once I begin to branch farther out).

The only two Torano's I still smoke. Like the feller in Minnesota says casa in the morn and the Virtuoso at other times. Still enjoy that casa with me some joe on the deck on weekend mornings.

I'm with Floyd on this. Casa in the a.m., Virtuoso later. The CT Maduro reminds me of the Brazilia which is one of my favorite smokes.

Both are very good smokes. Like a couple of others here, my favorite of the line is the Exodus 1959 gold label. I found the Noventa to be a disappointment, but other than that I like most things in the Torano line.
