Simply amazing! And I've only smoked 7 so far.

They start out with a distinct peppery blaze, and settle off past the immediate post-light range to a wonderful nutty flavor (I honestly taste pecans in them) that holds throughout the smoke. They spice up again on the nub, but not in a harsh way.
