Steak Cigar

Man, I totally forgot about Camacho, those are very good also. I can’t believe I forgot about them, and I’ve been smoking a lot of the Camacho Coyolar Puro Perfecto #1 lately, a short smoke but very tasty. I have yet to try the torpedo size, however, I bet they would fill the bill after a nice steak.

Check out the El Cobre made by Oliva. I promise this will give you all the bite you need and then some.

You could also smoke a Graycliff Double Espresso. They're a very powerful smoke, just may be a little harder for you to find.

I like an Indianhead maduro, Don Thomas Maduro, Helix and several others which will go well with rich food and drink. Though I prefer the larger ring size - its my perception that the larger ring size smokes cooler than the smaller ring size cigars. :2

Thanks so much guys, I've already ordered a few of some of the above named cigars from a few of the various online vendors, and will follow up on my experiences. I can't wait, and really appreciate the suggestions.

Now one more related question. We've all been talking about big - long lasting full sized smokes. However sometimes after an awsome steak dinner, I've got to rush off and do something with the wife like a ballet, play, movie etc...you know how it is guys. So what could you reccomend in a smaller size, say under a 42 ring or smaller, that would still suffice as a powerfull, but quick smoke.

Thanks again guys, and I've taken everyones advice to heart and made a few resulting puchases.

Have you tried the Camaco 11/18 (Corojo) - Very Tasty, but I am an Opus lover - especially after a steak dinner - Strong cigar, and happ man I will be!

Personally, I won't smoke an LFD double ligero Chisel WITHOUT having a big steak dinner first. An outstanding cigar, but you gotta be careful. I love to recommend them to n00bs who insist on smoking Acids.

The LFD DL is one that can really sneak up on you if your not careful. On the Cuban spectrum I think that the RyJ Cazadores can lay down a beating as well.

JDN Antano Machito. 4.75 x 42. Tastes great (with a few weeks out of the box being a MUST) and will kick you in the nads with its power. I love em. Cheap too.

I agree with the previous suggestions but I'd like to recommend one more:

601 Blue Label Toro

Thick nicguaraguan maduro wrapper with Nic binder & filler. Another Pepin powerhouse. Each time I have those I'm dizzy. So if you're looking for power and something to complement a porterhouse I'd recommend that.

That's what I'm talking about! Pick any size and be rewarded with an abundance of flavor. Just take your time. This is not a cigar to rush through or be distracted will indulging.
