Storing bundles

Waiting for the Nub 180!
OK, I am all out of empty cigar boxes, and I have 2 bundles coming in a few days. My question is: do yooz guys leave your bundles in the package when storing/aging them, or do you remove the outer packaging and put them in an empty cigar box? I would think that "aging" them in the original package wouldn't accomplish much, because the plastic wrap, unlike cello, is not porous...or is it? What I am worried about is the bundles arriving too dry or too moist, and if I just leave them in the package they won't attain proper moisture. Damn cbid...:hn

If I am not aging I put my bundles and loose cigars in zip lock bags and only half zip them. You can even do this and add a cedar sheet out of a box if you like. This sazes a ton of room in a coolador. If you are aging I like to use a cedar box. RJT

Started buying bundled cigar about 2 months ago. They don’t stay around long enough to worry about, and other then the 2 or 3 weeks between when they arrive and when they get smoked, they don‘t get aged.

I unwrap them and straight into a humidor they go.

Bundles don't last long here; never tried to age a bundle cigar really. I open the end of the packaging and put them in the cooler. Then just pull them out as I smoke them which averages about 2/day. With all the other singles I have in the coolers already, it's just more convenient for me.
