Suggestion for new cigar line name - cigars for winner!

Acid had some lines named that, but they seemed to be catchy names.

Well, didn't take spanish in high school--but did take latin; there's always "ambrosia" and "necter" (food and drink of the gods). So something maybe loosely translated "cigar of the gods".

I thought of Heart of the Dominican before I came to CS for help.

Nice but I need a bit more, on the right track thou.

Just a couple. Used Google translation, so forgive me if its not totally correct..

Amor de la Dominicana = Love of the Dominican

Corazón de la Dominicana = Heart of the Dominican

See that is a great idea. Would not fit this one, but that is a great idea for a later band with musical style band on it.

bailar = dance in spanish according to google

then all the sizes could be different spanish dances

flamenco
tango
mambo
merengue
salsa
conga
jota
etc...

I would like to hear more of that. I came up with that name, found it.

Maybe stick with Japan tobacco trade or something?

exactly. Be original.
I like the name Borde Pacifico as someone said before, but really, your brand would stand out a lot more with a japanese/asian name. No problem with that, it would actually probably help out instead of make it blend in w/ all the other flor de...so and so's and all the other spanish ones.

I think the number system is a far classier way of naming cigars, and focuses all the attention on your brand name. Montecristo in Cuba in particular is known for doing this. For example, standard vitolas go like this:

No. 1 (Lonsdale)
No. 2 (Torpedo)
No. 3 (Corona)
No. 4 (Petit Corona)
No. 5 (Demi Corona)

And calling all your other special vitolas by the shape, e.g. Kioki Belicoso Fino, Kioki Robusto, Kioki Petit Robusto etc.

Some allusion to Japan on the band/packaging would be nice too, but best keep it simple and understated. One word: class.

If you have a nice premium Maduro you could call it "Knightstick".
Doesn't meet your requirement but I like the name nonetheless.. :)

dominicana do japon << i think thats portoguese...

hamaki << japanese for cigars.

hamaki uno
hamaki dos
hamaki tres

i think that would do good for a series.

:ss

Couple suggestions

guau cuban for wow
tique --ticket yiu know that's the ticket
quei cake then they could have their cake and eat it too.

I like that as well, putting are making a band that has japan influence might be nice.

Everybody has some great ideas and I am coming close to picking one.

For all but one that do not win, packaging and band design will be needed and I may run something for that as well.

Will pick soon, if you have anymore ideas jump in now.

Thanks for all your help!!!
