Tatuaje Cello?

Has anyone made a recent purchase of any of the Tatuaje sticks and noticed them individually wrapped in cello? The reason I ask is because I recently ordered a box of Tatuaje Series P and each stick was individually wrapped in cello, which I thought was a little strange. I wonder if this is something new Pete Johnson is doing with this line.

Maybe it's a response from a lot of wrapper problems. Every time I see tats in the B&M a few have tears in the wrappers.

I think the cello protects them much better. They should be all wrapped in cello IMO..
