I just found out not long ago that his last name is pronounced PEEP-IN, and not PEP-IN, as I've used much in the past.
I always heard it as PE-PEEN
Let's give him a call and find this out! I hate when people misprounounce my name, and I'm sure he is the same!
:r I'm sure I have his cell phone number in my Rolodex.

:tpd:Based on your statement about the burn, it sounds like it may have been a bit wetter than 65%. Try another one, but dry box it before smoking it. I think you'll find both the burn and flavor improve.:tu Yep.
Here is a list of the cigars he makes. I prefer his cigars to most others. DPG also says to store his cigars at a lower humidity(60-65%) to get the most enjoyment out of them. He uses alot of criollo and corojo and those baccy's soak up water like a sponge.
